Choose between your balance of Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga. We have yoga classes 7 days per week.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga works through the body’s meridians and joints and is deeply relaxing.

Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that works into the body’s connective tissue, providing gentle traction and encourages a nourishing effect on the joints. This deeply nurturing and nourishing practice is designed to create a repairing and healing response to the joints and connective tissues. Yin yoga also works into the meridians of the body, helping to provide balance to internal organs in the body. In addition, a regular yin yoga practice can help us develop self-awareness, softness, patience, acceptance and ease. It encourages us to look inward and practice relaxation and stillness - something we all need! Yin yoga is the perfect complement to Bikram Yoga.

I've been practicing yin and bikram for the last 3 years and find that they really are complementary practices.
Where bikram provides the yang in its slightly harder, faster and more driving pace and emphasis, yin encourages the practitioner to drop in to a quieter, calmer and more mindful energy so deeper level tensions can be released from the connective tissue.
It's a favourite feeling for me to flop in to a pose, quiet my mind as the tight areas come into focus and then consciously allow my body to really relax so that over the 3-5 mins that the pose is held for, I can actually let go and feel the release.
I walk out of a yin class feeling like I've had a deep tissue massage and am walking on a cloud. A-mazing!
Oh and doing a bikram then a yin is the BEST way to end a weekend"!
