"It is always a treat to walk up the stairs of BYR. I know I will be welcomed by one of the friendly, experienced, clever teachers. There is often tea brewing, sometimes sneaky treats for before/after class. Natural light floods into the studio. To gain benefit from yoga a regular practice is so important, BYR is a wonderful place to encourage many visits a week.
