Hot Pilates is a training system using Pilates Principles along with High Intensity Interval training (HIIT)
in a room heated to 32-34 degree celsius and 40% humidity.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga works through the body’s meridians and joints and is deeply relaxing.
