New POST-COVID Class Information

We have restructured our studio to fit the post-COVID world. Class bookings are now essential and currently must be made by contacting Bianca - info@bikramyogarichmond.com.au

 

Studio doors open 10 minutes prior to class. Classes start right on the scheduled time so please make sure you manage your time so to be in the studio door in time for class! For the convenience of all students, all of our classes start and finish on time.

 

All classes at Bikram Yoga Richmond are designed  with beginners in mind.

 

All Bikram Hot Yoga classes are 90 minutes.

 

All Inferno Hot Pilates classes are 60 minutes.

 

Class times will be slightly changed over the Christmas and New Year period and public holidays.

 

Private and Group Classes

Bikram Yoga Richmond also provides private 'one-on-one' classes for individuals and groups.

Private/Group classes are conducted outside of the scheduled times so booking is essential.

You can choose your preferred teacher or have us choose for you.

Prices for 'one-one-one' start at $110.00.

Prices for group bookings will be provided on enquiry.

"I could talk about the physical changes I've gone through in the last 3 months, which have been amazing. But it's the mental changes that have had the biggest impact for me. Don't get me wrong, after the months of consistent practice physically I feel great but it's how I can walk into the room with my world almost falling apart around me (sounds dramatic I know) and walk out after my practice feeling refreshed and mentally strong enough to handle all the issues that plagued and mentally crippled me only hours earlier.
